Tirmizi'nin Enes b.Malik'ten rivayet ettiğine göre, Rasûlullah (s.a.v) şöyle buyurdu:

Bir yerin ağrıdığı zaman elini, ağrının olduğu yere koy ve şunu tekrarla:

"Bismillahi e'uzu bi'izzetillahi ve kudratihi min şerri mâ ecidü min veca'i hâzâ"
