Image and Memory Amends.

Fixed VOD covers and backdrops occasional showing the previous image before loading new images
New code for the backdrop so I don't have to merge 2 images together. Less memory processing.
Moved temporary processes from /tmp/ folder into etc plugin folder overall better memory management.

Minor update.

Full Titles now always show at the top of VOD/Series

Fixed a possible series TMDB error which might have prevented cover art loading.

More experiments to work around this weird ".vod" video extension.

.vod should now just play. Downloaded ".vod" should change the extension.

Amends to Live preview stopping/playing files.

Corrected the watching icon after zapping on live.

Changed key 1 to toggle watched rather than just remove watched on vod films or series episodes.

Reverted the allowing of non ascii characters like umlauts in username and passwords. i.e äöü



It was causing too many problems and creating duplicate playlists.

You might need to clear your json file again after this update if you still got issues. Blue button on main menu.
And check your playlists.txt file hasn't got any duplicates in it.
